Purpose
TO HELP COMPANIES CONNECT SMARTER WITH THEIR MARKETS
The vision behind GHI began in the late '80's when GHI's
Founder, Frank Griffith, began his entrepreneurial life in
starting up software companies in Northeast, Ohio. Mr.
Griffith quickly learned his emerging market, personal
computer software, had many inventors but few growers - people
who new how to grow markets. Technical genius was everywhere;
product creation was endless; but marketing capital - finding,
securing, serving, and maintaining customers - was a rare
quality.
Frank knew how to market. And sell. He knew how to use the
telephone and how to leverage appropriate marketing mediums.
And later, he eventually learned how to use the Internet to
connect products with people, successfully taking an Internet
software company public.
Consequently, Griffith Holdings was born to help companies
connect with their markets. Through traditional sales and
marketing strategies. Then by leveraging creative voice, data,
and IP telephones. And finally, through the Internet.
GHI's mission for more than 10 years has remained the same:
To help companies connect smarter to their markets through a
customized combination of Internet, marketing, and telephone
services.
Whatever method a company uses to gain and retain
customers, GHI can help.
However large or small a company is, GHI can help.
And after 10 years, GHI has helped more than 4,000
companies do just that - cost effectively, efficiently and
responsibly gain and retain customers.
